Physical Therapist (PT) – Injury Prevention Consultant Non-Clinical - On-Site - Full-Time

What You’ll Do

As an Injury Prevention Consultant, you will partner directly with employees and leadership teams to reduce injury risk and improve workplace safety.

• Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions on safe movement and musculoskeletal best practices
• Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and managers to identify injury risks and practical prevention strategies
• Conduct preventative ergonomic and worksite evaluations
• Identify OSHA ergonomic risk factors and support corrective actions
• Provide non-medical OSHA First Aid support
• Contribute to continuous improvement of injury prevention programs and safety initiatives
• Use data and observations to support workplace recommendations and long-term program success

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in orthopedics, occupational health, and/or sports medicine
• Strong knowledge of biomechanics and musculoskeletal conditions
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and education skills

Work Environment

• On-site at various workplace settings, including industrial, clinical, office, and distribution facilities
• Occasional local travel to partner facilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable working in environments with standard operational noise and equipment
