The Woodlands Physical Therapy Centre is seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation team at our Woodlands clinic.

Our clinic focuses on orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, working closely with orthopedic specialists and physicians to provide high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys treating active orthopedic and post-operative patients in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Conditions & Procedures We Treat

Our clinic treats a wide range of post-surgical orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including:

  • Total hip replacement rehabilitation
  • Total knee replacement rehabilitation
  • Shoulder arthroscopy rehabilitation
  • Knee arthroscopy rehabilitation
  • Hand and upper extremity surgeries
  • Shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions
  • Sports injuries and orthopedic conditions
  • General musculoskeletal injuries

You will work closely with referring orthopedic physicians and our therapy team to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function.

Compensation

$93,000 – $98,000 per year (depending on experience)

Full-time salaried position with consistent schedule and opportunity for professional growth.

Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic and post-surgical conditions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and therapy support staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies

Qualifications : Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Texas Physical Therapist License through the Executive Council of Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Examiners
  • BLS Certification

Schedule: Full-time position
40 hours per week
No weekends
