Schedule: Part-Time (20-25 Hours a Week)

The Gardens at Camp Hill is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to support rehabilitation goals

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility strategies

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Current BLS certification

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred
