We are looking for a committed and patient-focused Physical Therapist. Great opportunity to join a progressive therapy team. This person will develop, recover or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with physical, mental or developmental conditions. You will offer effective and client-centered services that will enable people to confidently and independently carry out everyday tasks or activities.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing

• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care

• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers

• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention

• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company

• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
