What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence

• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members

• Document services using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure)

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Passion for working with the geriatric population

• Experience with Net Health and PCC is a plus, but not required
