Innovative Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide functional, in-home and community-based therapy, primarily supporting individuals recovering from brain injuries and other life-altering injuries.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings
• Focus on functional, real-life outcomes and carryover
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Licensed PT in Michigan
• Based near Northern Macomb County
• Comfortable working independently
