Snake River Physical Therapy is an outpatient pelvic health and orthopedic clinic. We are looking for a personable and energetic individual to join our amazing team in working in an outpatient orthopedic and woman's health setting, either part-time or full-time. Qualifications:

-Must be a licensed PT in the state of Idaho or be able to obtain a PT license in the state of Idaho before start date

-Oncology experience preferred.

-Pelvic Health experience preferred.

Job Duties:

-Performing initial evaluations and re-evaluations to determine and create an individual plan of care for patients, carrying out the plan of care and discharges.

-Treating and progressing patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting and establishing treatments including frequency and duration for patients specific to their needs.

-Direct and supervise PT aide and PTA in modalities and exercises as appropriate.

-Documentation through EMR.
