At PYG Therapy, we are seeking compassionate and skilled licensed Physical Therapists to provide pediatric home health services across the state of Arizona.

Competitive starting rates ranging from $84/hour to $118/hour
(depending on location, experience, and employment type)

Position Overview

This role includes:

• Providing direct physical therapy services to pediatric patients in the home setting
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
• Educating and coaching caregivers to support carryover of skills
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintaining communication regarding patient updates, progress, and concerns

Schedule Options

• 1099 or W-2 (role dependent)
• Custom schedules with 8–25 sessions per week

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT)
• CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience or interest in pediatric home health preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
