Skybound Pediatric Therapy is a nonprofit organization of dedicated school-based clinicians in south Central Pennsylvania. We have a current opening for a full-time and a part-time Physical Therapist in the Middletown area.

Physical Therapist will provide services in well-respected school district surrounded by other professionals. Skybound is affiliated with other local companies- Growing in Motion and Early Bird Therapy. Additional opportunities as well. Therapist will be supported by other therapists, along with continuing education, and mentorship as needed. We give each therapist what they need to feel comfortable and confident in their roles. Our physical therapist lead and new hire mentor and clinical liaison can help you learn how to be successful in the school.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-quality speech and language therapy sessions throughout the day.
• Provide direct speech therapy to students through one-on-one therapy or group therapy sessions.
• Evaluate and screen eligible students
• Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals
• Be an important member and contributor to multidisciplinary teams/IEP teams. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to address unique needs of each student

Requirements

• Physical Therapy License
• Pediatric Experience and School-Based experience is preferred
