School-Based Physical Therapist (1099 Contract)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team on a 1099 contract basis (full-time or part-time schedule) As a Physical Therapist, you will work in collaboration with our team & school staff to provide essential services to students with diverse needs. Your role will include assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support students in their educational curriculum.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs as they apply to access to educational curriculum. -

Develop and implement individualized plans.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists. - Document progress and maintain accurate records.

- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success.

Qualifications: - Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas - Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy is a plus. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to adapt and tailor therapy to meet individual student needs.
