What You"ll Do:

• Provide PT services under established plans of care
• Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

What We"re Looking For:

• OH Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Pending licensure
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
