Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Greensboro, NC. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques to address pain, mobility limitations, and functional impairments. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, setting measurable goals, documenting progress, and adjusting care plans as needed. The role also involves educating patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies, as well as coordinating care with other providers when appropriate. The Physical Therapist will contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment and uphold high standards of clinical quality and professional ethics.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, with the ability to create safe, effective home exercise and recovery programs.
  • Understanding of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions treated in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
  • Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in North Carolina.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment.
  • Excellent clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
  • CPR/BLS certification and commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
