We're currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and compassionate
Physical Therapy Aide
to support our clinical team and help create an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare—hands-on experience may help satisfy PT school application requirements.
What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapy Aide, you'll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include:

Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use

Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions

Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment

Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities

Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as needed

Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plus
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $16 per hour

Part-time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law
