Impact Physical Therapy NJ is an outpatient physical therapy clinic located in East Windsor, NJ. We provide highly personalized treatment sessions to individuals with varying levels of activity and functional abilities. Our goal is to help each patient achieve their objectives, whether it be improving their balance, endurance, strength, or movement capacity, or returning to recreational or competitive sporting activities.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Physical Therapy Aide. The P.T. Aide will work under the supervision of a licensed therapist and will be responsible for assisting in patient care; such as setting up treatment modalities, cleaning and organizing equipment, interfacing with an electronic medical record and communication application to schedule patient appointments, collecting payments, assisting higher needs patient entering and exiting the facility, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all patients. Opportunity to earn clinical hours that are required for PT school, learn from experienced physical therapists, and gain insight into the field of physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Rehabilitation and Patient Care Skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Proficient in Google Gmail/Drive and computer tasks

Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus.

NOTE: This role does not require a certificate/license as a physical therapy aide or technician

Shifts we are trying to fill:

• Tuesdays 9:15am - 7:30pm
• Thursdays 10:00am - 7:30pm
• Fridays 9:15am - 2:15pm
