BASE Training and Physical Therapy is a PT-owned, holistic outpatient physical therapy practice that specializes in treating orthopedic conditions, neuromuscular diagnosis, sports injuries, as well as several gait/balance disorders. Founded in 2014, BASE Physical Therapy believes in the importance of combining Balance, Agility, Strength, and Endurance (BASE) to form a solid foundation for our patients and clients to live a healthy, active, and pain-free lifestyle. We are a progressive facility that utilizes evidence-based manual therapy techniques, state of the art modalities, and therapeutic exercises in all of our treatment programs.

Our office is looking for a part-time Physical Therapy Aide for our Tarzana location!

Duties

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with setting up therapy equipment for patient sessions
• Greet patients warmly, verify their identity, and assist with intake procedures to ensure smooth scheduling and documentation
• Support physical therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary tools and ensuring patient safety
• Monitor patient comfort levels during treatments and report any concerns or changes in condition promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas, including equipment sterilization and inventory management
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers under supervision, ensuring proper techniques to promote safety
