We’re a busy, privately owned outpatient physical therapy facility in Gardena, CA, looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide/Technician to assist our skilled physical therapists in delivering top-notch patient care.

What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: A related major (Kinesiology, Health Science, Exercise Science, etc.).
- Experience Required: At least 1 year as a physical therapy aide or similar role. Personal training experience is a bonus!
- Fitness Knowledge: You know how to work out, understand muscle fatigue and muscle recruitment, and can bring that expertise to our patients.
- Communication & Motivation: You’re a strong communicator, self-motivated, fun, and have a knack for multitasking.
- Attention to Detail: Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Spanish-speaking skills (Preferred but not required!).
- A passion for physical therapy or allied health professions.
- Enthusiasm for working in orthopedics and helping patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing patient needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with intake processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and physiology while supporting patients during exercises.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members, including providing assistance in Spanish when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
