Our business operates as a centralized workers compensation medical scheduling and oversight service for large companies when their employees get injured on the job. We cover 200,000 employees and refer to over 1,000 medical practices throughout California and are growing 25-50% per year.

Our work environment includes:

• Hi-tech, cloud-based, multi-tasking operations
• In-office only (in West LA), no remote work.
• Weekdays only, 8 hours, full time

Duties of the Position: Manage a staff of 5-10 people who...

• Refer patients - using our own proprietary cloud-based software - to one of our over-1,700 top quality therapy and imaging center practices.
• Oversee those referrals to make sure everything is running smoothly, confirming appointment dates and completion of exams, obtaining medical reports and bills.
• Call medical provider offices or patients to obtain missing information or assist them through their process.
• Enter patient and appointment information into our system.

Requirements for the Position:

You should be a friendly, hard-working, articulate, computer-comfortable team player who is great at customer service, multi-tasking and solving problems.

Prior supervisory experience overseeing medical office staff.

Excellent verbal, writing and phone communication skills.

Real scheduling experience in a radiology, physical therapy or medical office practice. Medical billing experience would be helpful, but not required.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Outlook.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
