Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Location: Denver, CO

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: $30–$36 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients recover, prevent injury, and improve their quality of life through individualized treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
• Document patient progress accurately and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
• Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and administrative staff
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program
• Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
