Professional Therapy Partners is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for our outpatient clinic in Boerne, Texas. This role fits clinicians who want a steady schedule, a manageable caseload, and a patient-first environment.

You deliver care under a Physical Therapist plan of care. You focus on outcomes. You work with a supportive, collaborative team.

What You Will Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under a PT plan of care
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Deliver hands-on treatments as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist
• Document treatments to meet clinic and state standards
• Communicate with therapists, staff, and patients

What We Are Looking For

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Active Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset

Schedule and Caseload

• Full-time or part-time options
• Outpatient setting
• 12 to 17 patients per day

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $25 to $30 per hour
• Pay aligned with experience and role scope
