Job Type: PRN (as needed to cover time off of other PTAs)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in implementing treatment plans, helping patients improve movement, manage pain, and regain physical function following injury, illness, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
• Instruct patients in exercises and functional activities
• Observe and document patient progress and responses to treatment
• Provide patient education and reinforce proper exercise techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
