Physical Therapy Clinic Aide

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) has an opening for a full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at our NEW Olympia clinic. Clinic Aides are responsible for assisting all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support. The primary responsibility of a clinic aide is to provide therapeutic modality setups upon the direction of the therapy staff. They are also responsible for various administrative tasks (such as filing, scanning, answering phones), laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory, among other tasks. Aides are under close supervision by both physical & occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.

This hybrid aide position will perform delegated PSR duties, including basic front desk administration tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering phones, while providing daily routine PSR coverage and preparing the patient and the treatment area.

THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL, NON-TREATING POSITION.

The schedule will be Monday - Friday (No Saturdays), 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., 40 hours a week. This position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, sick, vacation, holidays, and more.
