Full-Time Physician Liaison – Greece, NY

A growing healthcare practice in Greece, NY is seeking a Full-Time Physician Liaison to support provider outreach, community partnerships, marketing initiatives, and relationship development efforts.

This role works closely with clinical and administrative teams to strengthen referral relationships, increase community engagement, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses
• Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies to support referral growth
• Conduct routine follow-up visits, calls, and emails with referral sources
• Track and analyze referral and lead data to support marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support practice growth and community presence
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the assigned territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or communications may be considered in lieu of education
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be willing to travel locally within the assigned territory
• Must have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Comfortable using computer systems, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
