Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Clinical Education Manager to enhance our educational offerings in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. This role is perfect for professionals looking to transition from direct clinical work to a role that combines education, sales, and marketing.

*We are especially seeking candidates with professional experience in Ocean County, as strong local knowledge and community connections are central to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and deliver continuing education courses for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nurses in various rehab facilities.
• Coordinate with medical professionals to facilitate courses that enhance patient care and increase service awareness.
• Manage the educational content to ensure it remains cutting-edge and beneficial for attendees.
• Assist patients with therapy-related tasks, including gait training, both in-office and during visits to rehab facilities.
• Support patient care initiatives by collaborating with medical teams to create comprehensive plans that align with therapy goals.
• Drive new business and referrals by building and maintaining strong relationships with local medical professionals and facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing REQUIRED.
• Strong background in clinical practice with a keen interest in transitioning to a teaching, networking and leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage educational programs, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector is a plus.

Expectations

• This is primarily a clinical education role, with a secondary focus on sales through the successful promotion and delivery of courses.
• Engage with healthcare providers to generate referrals and promote course attendance, leveraging your clinical expertise and existing network to foster trust and build relationships.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary reflecting your educational background, professional experience and professional network within Monmouth & Ocean Counties. (50,000k-85,000k)
• A dynamic commission structure rewarding the successful promotion of courses. (Performance based)
• Estimated First Year Earnings: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00
