Physical Therapy Manager / Coordinator

Hello!
We are looking to hire a SPANISH speaking Manager / Coordinator for our Physical Therapy Facility in Sugar Land Texas. We are a very busy Physical Therapy Center that focuses on spinal & extremity rehabilitation.

You must be an experienced organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, compassionate, and most importantly, reliable worker with a strong work ethic.

Expected Job Duties:

- Coordinate patient care & scheduling for the physical therapy department

- Confirm commercial health insurance verification & explain benefits & coverage / financial expectations to PT patients

- Manage & prep medical records for the Physical Therapist & PT Staff

- Manage Physical Therapist's schedule, Evals & Re-evals

- Answering calls and addressing patient care issues / rescheduling

- Referral Management and EMR chart maintenance, gathering diagnostic and doctor referral records, & scheduling new patients for providers & the Physical Therapist

- Physical Therapy Staff Management

We are only looking for an experienced administrator for this role and below are the requirements we are seeking to fill this position, so if you do not have the stated requirements (or at least close), please do not apply.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Spanish Translation (COMPLETE Spanish Fluency)

- Physical Therapy management or supervisory experience

- Front Office experience

- Commercial Health Care Insurance mastery knowledge & experience

Preferred Requirements (but not mandatory):

- eClinical Works EMR experience

- Staff Management experience

- Chiropractic front office experience

The position is available immediately.
