Physical Therapy (PT) - Home Health Care

We offer the option of being an independent contractor (1099) or employee (W-2) for our therapists

REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:

• Availability of at least two days, or ten productivity units a week, and one weekend a month for per diem therapists. Visits are typically conducted between the hours of 8 am-5 pm.
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, auto insurance
• At least one year of experience with direct patient care as a physical therapist (PT)
• Able to perform wound care, blood draw, and catheter care
• Make home visits to clients in the community, as well as Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities.
• Open cases and perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to more independent living.
