Physical Therapy Receptionist/Technician

The Physical Therapy Department at OSMC is looking for a full-time PT Receptionist/Technician position. Hours of operation: M-Th 7-5, F 7-1. Candidate will need to be flexible to work 35-40 hours within those hours of operation.

Candidates must possess the following: sound customer service skills, solid work ethic, computer and phone related skills/experience, ability to multi-task, common sense, ability to work as a team-member and maintain team chemistry, adaptability and a high level of organizational skills.

Receptionist duties include: Answering phone pleasantly, managing patient scheduling for multiple PT providers properly and precisely, electronic medical record related tasks, maintaining a unique and awesome customer service environment, assisting facility and provider staff with efficient operations and amazing patient care.

Technician related duties include: supporting the operations of the PT clinic and Physical Therapy Providers. Must work as a team member with PT’s, PTA’s, and other Support Staff.
