Physical Therapy Tech

About the Role

This full-time position focuses on answering phones and supporting front desk operations within our busy therapy department. The role may include working across both of our office locations, helping ensure seamless patient care and strong team support. If you’re organized, ambitious, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks while keeping patients supported and therapists on track, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering multi-line phones with professionalism and care
• Checking therapy patients in and out efficiently
• Scheduling appointments electronically with accuracy
• Verifying demographics and confirming insurance coverage
• Collecting co-payments and obtaining necessary signatures
• Providing top-notch support to patients
• Coordinating with therapists to ensure smooth patient flow

What We’re Looking For

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or similar setting (therapy/rehab experience a plus!)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility with workdays and hours, including occasional evenings
• A pleasant, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work at both office locations as needed

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $16.50+ per hour
• Expected Hours: 35–40 per week
• Location: In person – Oak Lawn, IL and Tinley Park, IL
