Professional Therapy Partners is hiring a Physical Therapy Technician for our outpatient clinic in Portales, New Mexico .

This role supports our Physical Therapists with patient care, clinic flow, and daily operations. It fits someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, sports medicine, or rehabilitation who wants hands-on experience in an outpatient setting.

What You Will Do

• Assist Physical Therapists with outpatient treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and exercise areas
• Support patients during exercises and mobility activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
• Sanitize equipment and follow safety protocols
• Monitor patients and communicate concerns to therapists
• Assist with basic administrative and front-desk tasks as needed
• Help maintain efficient patient flow
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Physical Therapy Tech, Rehab Aide, Medical Assistant, or Fitness Professional preferred
• Interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and professional
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day
  
  
  

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  
  
  

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $15 to $17 per hour
