We are seeking a reliable and motivated Physical Therapy Technician to support our clinical team and enhance the patient experience.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapy Technician assists licensed physical therapists with patient care, clinic operations, and administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and therapeutic activities
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized clinic environment
• Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure a positive experience
• Monitor patients during exercises and report concerns to the therapist
• Clean and sanitize equipment between patient use
• Perform basic administrative tasks (scheduling, answering phones, filing)
• Maintain inventory of clinic supplies

Qualifications

• Interest in physical therapy, kinesiology, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous experience in a medical or fitness setting is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, assisting, and movement of equipment (up to 25–50 lbs)
