Physical Therapy Tech

Max Performance Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapy Tech to work in an Outpatient Physical Therapy setting.

Qualifications:

-Positive and Energetic

-Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task

-Ability to exhibit a high level of customer service through friendly and professional behavior

-Ability to handle information in a confidential manner

-Ability to follow directions from Medical professionals in a precise manner

Responsibilities:

-Greeting patients and escorting them to treatment areas

-Observe patients during treatments and report to the Physical Therapist/PTA

-Assist Patients with therapeutic exercises under the direction of the Physical Therapist

-Keep treatment areas (tables, equipment, gym) neat and clean

-Keep machines clean

-Clean hydrocollator and whirlpool on a weekly basis as well as cold pack machine and other equipment as necessary

-Prepare treatment area for patient care

-Prepare modality treatments as supervised by the Physical Therapist including electrical stimulation, laser therapy, hot/cold packs and other modalities.

-Other duties as necessary to maintain the flow of patient care.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
