Physical Therapy Technician/Aide

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm with flexibility.

Duties:
- Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment
- Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Clean and maintain therapy equipment and supplies
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist/physical therapist assistant

- Assist with supervision of patients in exercise programs

Skills:
- Strong customer service and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a busy out-patient setting
- Understanding of proper body mechanics and techniques for assisting patients with mobility
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Familiarity with exercises and gym type equipment helpful

Please note that this position does not require any specific certification or licensure. However, previous experience or education in a related field is preferred. Will train promising candidate. The physical therapy aide will work closely with the physical therapy team to provide high-quality care to patients. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
