Physical Therapy Technician/Aide

Responsibilities:

• “Wow” patients with excellent customer service experiences.
• Support a fun and playful clinic environment.
• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans under their supervision.
• Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy area and equipment.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required. This is an entry-level position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pre-PT/PTA or allied health degree tract preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Empathetic and patient-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills:

• Basic computer skills for utilizing our electronic flowsheets.
• Physical ability to perform physical tasks like squatting or lifting as needed.
• Ability to learn how to operate therapy equipment and assistive devices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
