Position Overview

Our client is seeking a board-certified physician to join a small established concierge medical practice in Jacksonville, Florida with a 20 year track record. The practice focuses on age management, preventive care, and lifestyle medicine for motivated patients who are committed to live longer, healthier, and higher-performing lives.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients in a setting that is not dependent on insurance billing. You as a doctor are able to spend real time with each patient -listening, teaching, and guiding- to develop personalized care plans, and practice evidence-based medicine with a focus on prevention and quality-of-life.

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or a related specialty.
• At least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Comfortable working closely with patients over the long term.
• Open to mentorship and interested in future leadership opportunities.
