Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of various medical disciplines including functional medicine and demonstrate proficiency in patient care, diagnosis, and treatment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions across various specialties including Psychiatry, Cardiology, Endocrinology, and more.
  • Utilize EHR systems for accurate patient record management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with specialists in areas such as Cardiology, Endocrinology and Oncology for comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in clinical research and trials to advance medical knowledge and treatment options.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment plans.
  • Engage in discharge planning and post-operative care to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid medical license.
  • Experience in inpatient settings with proficiency in acute care management.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems including Epic is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding, and DME is essential.
  • Experience in various specialties including but not limited to Functional Medicine, and Internal medicine is highly desirable.
  • Basic life support certification is required; advanced certifications are a plus (e.g., ACLS).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
