Medical Physician – Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Location: Oroville, California

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Physician to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. This full-time position is based in Oroville, California, with a regular Monday through Friday schedule.

As a Medical Physician, you will manage a patient load of approximately 15 patients per day, allowing for a patient-centered approach with visit lengths of 20 minutes or longer. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, preventive, and chronic care services across all age groups. Additional responsibilities include supervising Physician Assistants, reviewing charts, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring adherence to best practices and care standards. The ideal candidate is someone who values quality over quantity, communicates effectively with patients and team members, and demonstrates a strong commitment to serving underserved populations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience treating pediatric through geriatric populations
• Experience working with underserved populations

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $250,000 – $300,000 annually
• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
• Additional Bonus: $100,000 bonus paid out over five years
