We find our providers are looking for a few key elements:

Great compensation

· 275,000 Base + competitive benefits package. Earning potential over $500,000

Full Time or Part Time

· We have both options and can be flexible with you

Support:

· Infrastructure and staffing to support your practice

· Flexible scheduling

· Regional Nurse Coordinator to manage your schedule and facilitate your interaction with facilities

· Clinical protocols and Chronic Disease Guidelines to standardize care

· Chronic Care Management Team that follows your patients monthly to close gaps in care

· Dedicated Fax line and fax response by CRNP’s to save your evenings and weekends from reviewing faxes & results

· Proprietary calendar & scheduling tool

· 100% of Malpractice Insurance premium

· 401k + match

· Health insurance 100% coverage for provider and family
