Position: Internal Medicine Physician

Annual Compensation: $249,985.00 with FICA Reimbursement

Healthcare Setting - Outpatient Private Practice - JIB Medical, P.C. is the healthcare facility for a large, non-profit, self-funded union/multi-employer benefit plan that handles around 22,000 visits yearly for a variety of services. We provide the opportunity to practice medicine as you would want. Our healthcare setting environment is relaxed, collegial, friendly, and supportive care team. Our leadership is academically based. Being self-funded, we have no conflicts of interest and freedom to apply the best standard of care for our patients.

Base Compensation: $235,000 per year plus FICA Reimbursement added to your regular wages weekly, total combined annual compensation is $249,529 (calculation based on 2025 SS wage Cap).

Schedule: 35-hour week with alternating Saturdays per month. If you work on a Saturday, you will get 1 day off during the week.

Ample administrative hours built in included routine documentation and follow-up calls.


We require the following:

  • Current ABIM certification in Internal
  • Active NYS Medical License
  • Current D.E.A. Registration
  • NYS Prescriber License
  • Infectious Disease Certificate
  • Mandated Reporter
  • Demonstrated dedication to patient care, preferably with an academic
