Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care across various medical specialties, utilizing advanced clinical knowledge and technology. The Physician will be responsible for conducting thorough medical evaluations, developing treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, medical imaging, and clinical research is highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across multiple specialties such as cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, pediatrics, and more
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other medical imaging modalities
- Manage inpatient and outpatient care with expertise in critical care, perioperative care, trauma medicine, and post-operative recovery
- Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, airway management, wound care, lumbar punctures, and other specialized interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and discharge strategies
- Document all patient interactions accurately within EMR/EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Participate in clinical research studies to advance medical knowledge and improve treatment protocols
- Provide patient education on health coaching, disease management, medication administration, immunizations, and preventive care strategies
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
Experience
- Proven experience in hospital medicine or outpatient clinics with exposure to Level I or Level II trauma centers preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms
- Experience with medical imaging modalities including CT, nuclear medicine, radiology diagnostics, and interventional radiography
- Skilled in performing complex procedures relevant to specialty areas such as cardiology (cardiac catheterization), pulmonology (ventilator management), nephrology (dialysis), or obstetrics (labor & delivery)
- Background in managing diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, critical care patients, or those requiring specialized services like reproductive endocrinology or oncology
- Knowledge of medical coding (CPT/ICD) for accurate documentation and billing processes
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote consultations is advantageous

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
