Physician Assistant

• Diagnosing and treating: PAs diagnose illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions.
• Patient management: They develop and manage treatment plans and can prescribe medications, depending on local regulations.
• Diagnostic tests: They order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including ordering blood and urine samples.
• Patient education: PAs educate patients on disease prevention, management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Procedures: They perform minor procedures, care for wounds, give injections, and assist physicians during surgeries.
• Collaboration: PAs work collaboratively with physicians to provide care in various settings, such as doctor's offices, hospitals, and clinics.
