As a Physician Assistant (PA) at Vera Whole Health, you will serve as a primary care provider within a value-based, team-oriented medical home model. You will focus on building long-term patient relationships, addressing the "whole person" rather than just symptoms. Your responsibilities include performing comprehensive health assessments, diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team—including health coaches and educators—to improve overall patient health outcomes

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive health history interviews, perform physical examinations, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with a care team (nurses, medical assistants, and health coaches) to coordinate care and support patient goals.
• Preventive & Whole Health Focus: Drive participation in annual wellness evaluations and health promotion activities.
• Clinical Excellence: Maintain high standards of care, adhere to evidence-based practices, and participate in quality improvement committees and regular team meetings.
• Patient Engagement: Dedicate time for patient follow-ups, charting, and outreach to ensure consistent support.

• Efficient Workflow: Manage patient volume (often

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all care meets state, local, and national standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA regulations.
• Adaptability: Providers may be required to rotate within their region to provide coverage after-hours or as needed.
