Physician Assistant

We have a Physician Assistant position available for our urgent care clinic in Indio. We currently have 5 Urgent Care clinics throughout Orange and Riverside Counties and have been in practice since 2001. Full time and part time positions available. Being bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

The Physician Assistant (PA), under the supervision of Physicians, will practice medicine, will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services, as delegated by a Physician. They will take medical histories, examine and treat patients, order and interpret laboratory tests and make diagnoses. They will also treat minor injuries, by suturing. Other procedures performed at the clinic include Toe Nail Removal, cryoprobe therapy and Minor I&D. PAs will record progress notes, instruct and counsel patients, and order or carry out therapy. Compensation is based on experience. EHR used is eClinicalWorks.
