About PRC
Pacific Rehab Consultants is a 100% physician-owned physiatry group founded by Dr. Michael Decker, D.O. with one focus: build a rehabilitation company where clinical communication, education, and teamwork are the standard. We place PAs in skilled nursing facilities across the West Coast, and we are growing fast.
The Schedule
Monday through Friday. No evenings, no weekends, no on-call. You focus on patients and we handle the rest.
The Role
You will conduct comprehensive PM&R evaluations and follow-up visits at skilled nursing facilities under physician supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, developing personalized care plans, educating nursing and therapy staff, and documenting in Elation Health EMR. You will work closely with our Board-Certified PM&R physicians and a multidisciplinary team across specialties. This is a position where your clinical judgment genuinely matters.
Requirements
PA-C board certification with an active state license and DEA license. PM&R experience is a plus but not required. If you are a strong clinician who thrives in a team environment and wants to learn the specialty, we will train you.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting at $140,000 per year based on experience, with productivity bonuses tied to performance and retention. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
