We are seeking a dedicated mid-level provider to join our growing healthcare clinic.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings such as office clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and possess skills in medication administration, diagnostic evaluation.

Coastal Carolina Care is a Family Medicine and Urgent Care clinic that is growing and expanding in the Hampstead area.

We are looking to interview a variety of candidates to find the one that fits our workplace culture as well as holds to the values of patient care that we have built and our patients have come to know and love.

Workplace hours and potentially location could vary. Standard coverage hours needed are M-Th 8A-4P & Friday 8A - 1P

We have an established clinic located in Sneads Ferry that may require PRN or coverage from time to time.

Position Overview

This role blends full-scope family medicine with walk-in urgent care. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, perform minor procedures, and provide preventive care in a supportive, team-based environment with close physician collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• Evaluate and treat urgent, same-day conditions
• Perform office-based procedures (laceration repair, I&D, joint injections, etc.)
• Manage chronic diseases and preventive care
• Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical staff
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA program
• Active North Carolina PA license
• Family medicine and/or urgent care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing with a broad scope
