Position: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a growing healthcare organization serving community-based urgent care and primary care needs. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Perform minor in-office procedures (e.g., suturing, incision and drainage, splinting)
• Provide preventive care and occupational health services
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive health
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team members
• Uphold clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction standards

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
