Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000

Established, multi-location pain and spine practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Bakersfield team. This role offers a high-functioning clinical environment, strong patient volume, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced physicians in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Coordinate care with physicians for interventional procedures
• Manage pre- and post-procedure patients
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (or eligible) in California
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently
