Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000

Established, multi-location pain and spine practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our San Luis Obispo team. This position offers a well-supported clinical environment, strong referral base, and the opportunity to practice in one of California’s most desirable coastal communities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians on interventional care
• Manage pre- and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (or eligible) in California
• Experience in pain, orthopedics, spine, or related specialty preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
