This is a production-based, provider-led telehealth role.


You are not:

• following protocols blindly

• avoiding direct recommendations

• hiding behind “labs are normal”


Qualified candidates will complete a structured interview process, including a clinical scenario evaluation to assess real-world decision making and communication.


You are:

• identifying dysfunction others miss

• explaining it clearly

• moving patients into treatment with confidence


Who This Is For

This role is built for providers who:

• have experience in HRT, peptides, GLP-1, or functional medicine

• are comfortable discussing cost as part of care

• can confidently guide a patient to a decision during a consult

• want their income tied directly to performance


If you’ve worked in:

• medspa

• cash-pay clinics

• functional or optimization settings

you will understand this model immediately.


The Model

• Cash-pay membership clinic

• No insurance barriers

• No sales team

• Provider owns the patient relationship

Your ability to:

• communicate clearly

• build trust quickly

• and guide decisions

directly impacts:

• patient outcomes

• your panel growth

• your income


Compensation

$30 per completed member consult

• $100 per Primary Care membership conversion

• $30 per approved content video

Typical:

• $4,000–$10,000+/month during ramp

• $12,000–$16,000+/month at full panel

You are not capped by schedule. You are capped by your ability to convert and retain patients.


Schedule & Commitment

• Minimum 5 days per week

• Minimum 4+ hours per day

• This role scales to full-time as your panel grows


Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Active Florida PA license

• Active Florida DEA

• Comfortable operating in a cash-pay model


What Matters

You must be able to:

• explain “normal labs” that are not optimal

• connect physiology to symptoms quickly

• make direct, confident treatment recommendations

• handle cost hesitation without losing the patient
