Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality primary care services via telehealth. This role focuses on conducting video consultations with patients and delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services through telehealth platforms
• Conduct video consultations with patients
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members as needed

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in New York State
• Experience using eClinicalWorks (ECW)
• Active Medicaid and Medicare numbers
• Primary care experience preferred
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus
