Practice is independent, primary care private practice . Great support clinically as well as administratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and discharge planning.
• Provide support for home care services as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated on best practices in nursing and healthcare trends.

Qualifications

• Valid PA license in the state of practice
• Proficiency in basic life support techniques and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
