 About the Opportunity:

 Monday to Friday

 Hours:
 
 6:15am to 1:45pm
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Call:
 
 Light rotated call
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform physical exams, diagnose substance use disorders, provide medications for opioid use disorder, and hepatitis C
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide primary care services to a subset of patients, order/review lab tests, and respond to medical emergencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify problems and potential improvements in the treatment process and enlist the interest and support of other staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties, as assigned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 NYS Physician Assistant (PA) license
 </li>
 <li>
 Active DEA registration
 </li>
 </ul>
